Lashes

1. Avoid touching your lashes with your fingers as much as possible. Especially during the first 24 to 48 hours after application. Touching them can cause the adhesive to weaken or lead to premature shedding.

2. Keep your lash extensions dry ONLY for the first 24 hours. Avoid getting them wet, which means no swimming, hot tubs, or saunas during this period. Water can also weaken the adhesive. After the 24 hours you must cleanse them daily with a foaming lash shampoo and rinse with cool/warm water and brush.

3. Avoid using oil-based skincare products or heavy creams around your eye area. Oil can break down the lash adhesive and cause your extensions to come off sooner.

4. Avoid using cotton pads or cotton swabs directly on your extensions as the fibers can get caught in them or rip out the extension with the natural lash as well.

5. Use a clean, lash brush to gently brush through your lashes daily. This helps to keep them looking neat and prevent any tangling or twisting.

6. Avoid using mascara on your lash extensions.

7. Refrain from using eyelash curlers as they can damage both your natural lashes and the extensions.

8. If you notice any irritation or discomfort, or if you have concerns about your lash extensions, never hesitate to reach out to your lash technician for advice.

9. Avoid excessive heat exposure. As it can cause the lash adhesive to weaken. Also, be cautious when using hair dryers or getting too close to open flames, ovens, bbq to avoid potentially melting the tips of your extensions.

10. If you participate in activities that cause excessive sweating or exposure to steam, such as intense workouts or saunas, try to cleanse your lashes afterward with a lash shampoo, to remove sweat & debris.

11. It's important not to attempt to remove your lash extensions on your own. If you wish to have them removed, schedule an appointment with your lash technician for safe and proper removal.

12. Schedule your fills every 1-3 weeks, any longer is not recommended. Especially in shedding seasons, like fall and spring.

Tattoos

1. Keep it clean: Wash your tattoo gently with mild, fragrance-free soap and lukewarm water, using clean hands. Pat the area dry with a clean towel or let it air dry.

2. Avoid soaking: For the first few weeks, avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, and prolonged soaking in water, as these can increase the risk of infection and affect the healing process.

3. Protect from the sun: Shield your tattoo from direct sunlight and tanning beds, as UV rays can fade the colors and damage the skin. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 or cover the tattoo with clothing.

4. Moisturize regularly: Apply a thin layer of tattoo-specific ointment or fragrance-free lotion to keep your tattoo moisturized. Avoid using petroleum-based products, as they can suffocate the skin.

5. Avoid picking or scratching: Itching is a normal part of the healing process, but refrain from scratching or picking at your tattoo. Instead, lightly slap or gently apply a cold compress to alleviate the itchiness.

6. Don't wrap it tightly: After the initial bandage is removed, avoid re-wrapping your tattoo tightly, as it needs to breathe and heal properly. It's best to keep it uncovered or loosely covered with breathable clothing.

7. Wear clean, soft clothing: Choose loose and breathable clothing, preferably made of natural fibers, to prevent irritation and allow your tattoo to heal without friction.

8. Avoid excessive sweating: Give your tattoo time to heal before engaging in vigorous exercises or activities that can cause you to sweat excessively. Sweat can introduce bacteria and delay the healing process.

9. Avoid submerging in water: Until your tattoo is fully healed, avoid submerging it in bodies of water such as pools, lakes, and oceans. These environments can harbor bacteria that may cause infections.

10. Be cautious with pets: Keep your tattoo away from direct contact with pets, as their nails and saliva may introduce bacteria or irritate the healing skin. Avoid letting them lick or scratch your tattoo.

11. Follow instructions from your tattoo artist: Your tattoo artist knows best, so be sure to follow their specific aftercare instructions. They may have additional recommendations based on your unique tattoo and skin type.

12. Remember, the healing process can vary based on the size and location of your tattoo, as well as your skin's individual response. If you have any concerns or notice any signs of infection, consult a healthcare professional.
